About Anchored & Evolving

Purpose-led.People-focused.Strategically grounded.

Meaningful growth begins with understanding who you are, recognizing what you already carry, and becoming intentional about where you are going.

Chantel Spinner, founder of Anchored and Evolving

Meet Chantel Spinner

I am a coach, marketing strategist, community-centered leader, and the founder of Anchored & Evolving Coaching & Consulting.

My approach is shaped by professional experience and lived experience. Before returning to the workforce, I spent eight years as a stay-at-home mother. Like many mothers, I discovered that years filled with caregiving, decision-making, advocacy, planning, and leadership were often reduced to a gap in professional spaces.

But was there ever really a gap?

That question became part of the foundation for my work with mothers returning to the workforce, women rebuilding their professional identities, and women of color navigating workplaces and leadership environments that do not always recognize the fullness of what they bring.

You do not have to disconnect from who you are to become who you are meant to be next.

Coaching grounded in real life

We bring our full lives into every transition.

Women do not experience careers, motherhood, leadership, culture, and personal identity as separate parts of themselves. My coaching creates space to explore the whole picture.

This may include returning to work after caregiving, changing careers, stepping into leadership, navigating workplace challenges, rebuilding confidence, strengthening boundaries, or determining what success should look like in a new season.

My work is culturally responsive, practical, and grounded in the belief that lived experience is not something to overcome. It is knowledge that can inform what comes next.

Qualifications & demonstrated experience

Lived experience informs the work. Professional experience strengthens it.

My perspective is shaped by education, specialized training, direct community work, organizational leadership, and experience building programs and communications systems from the ground up.

Evolving means allowing yourself, your career, or your organization to grow beyond what has been expected, familiar, or previously possible.
