How do we know which offer is right for us?
You do not need to decide alone. The initial conversation helps determine whether your team needs focused clarity, a deeper assessment and roadmap, or hands-on help carrying the work forward.
Can the engagement be customized?
Yes. The three offers provide a clear structure, while the final scope reflects your program stage, stakeholders, capacity, timeline, and desired outcome.
Can you support implementation after creating a roadmap?
Yes. Implementation & Program Support can follow a roadmap engagement when your team needs additional capacity, coordination, facilitation, resources, or strategic guidance.
Do you facilitate community or partner conversations?
Yes. Listening sessions, partner roundtables, planning sessions, staff conversations, and other forms of facilitation can be included when they support the goals of the engagement.
What falls outside your consulting scope?
My work focuses on community-centered program strategy, implementation, engagement, communications, partnerships, and participant experience. It does not replace clinical protocol development, medical direction, legal or compliance advice, epidemiology, or advanced statistical evaluation.
How do we get started?
Send an inquiry with a brief description of the program, current challenge, desired outcome, and timeline. I will follow up to schedule an introductory conversation.
